

According to the August 1896 issue of Outing magazine, Edna was owned by George Dixon.Bob Birmingham writes:
"Edna, catboat: Edna looks to be about 27 feet in length, based on the height of the men in the photo. The 1899 List of Merchant Vessels of the United States list a catboat named Edna, document number135825, 5 tons gross and net, 27 feet in length, 11.4 feet in beam, 3.7 feet in depth of hold, built in 1884 at Oysterville, Ma., with a home port at Hyannis, Ma."
