Tom Nye writes us that the steam yacht Nada was built by B. F. Wood, Inc., yacht builders, in City Island, NY. He adds, "NADA - Wood / Steam Power, Express Cruiser - L.O.A.: 94'0" x L.W.L.: 85'0" x Beam: 11'6" x Draft: 4'6" - Designer: William Gardner (Gardner & Cox) / C.D. Mosher - Builder: B. F. Wood, City Island - Owner: Mr. Hugh Baxter, New York - Later owned by John Young, New York."
